You have something important to say.
I’m here to make space for your voice.

Let’s name what’s uncomfortable in the room.

I see every project and every facilitation as an opportunity to invite people in.

I look through the lens of, “How can I engage the person in the corner who is uninterested or disengaged?

Often when people are in meetings, they are disengaged and looking down. I make it my challenge to make space for each person to come to the table and be heard.

Often the quietest amongst us have the most to say.

I believe in asking the hard-hitting questions, leaning into the challenges we’re faced with, and making difficult conversations easy to have.

I like to bring humor into places you wouldn’t expect it. To bring out the silliness and the humanity in our experiences, even when we’re in the midst of a challenging discussion.

My magic lies in making difficult conversations easy and uncomfortable discussions accessible.

It doesn’t have to be heavy.

It can be hard, but we can move through it instead of avoiding the very thing we need to face.
