Individual Coaching

I believe that everyone has the answers to their own questions. When I work with people, it is not to give advice or tell them what to do, it is to unearth the answers that lie within them, whether this lives with their ancestors, in their body, or within their soul. My approach involves getting curious about the blockages or limiting beliefs each person is facing that can keep them from accessing the answers they hold.

My work creates openings for curiosity and questions, makes room for expansiveness, reframes existing perspectives, and highlights opportunities that are currently available for growth. I believe in celebrating each person’s individual connection to source, to themselves, and to the truths they already hold.
